A FEW days ago we did inform you that, following the unreported judgment of the Benue State High Court of Justice in Motion No: GHC/1m/2021 between BEM ORLUNAN EPHRAIM AYATI VS. THE GOVERNOR OF BENUE STATE & ORS. delivered on the 7/7/2021 nullifying and declaring the ban placed by the Benue State Government on the use of motorcycles in Katsina-Ala and Ukum Local Government Areas as "unconstitutional", "ultra- vires", " null and void", we are now LEGALLY FREE to use our motorcycles in those parts.
We also noted, however, that the Judgement had to be served especially on the Benue State Government for compliance. That was done on the 13/7/2021 following the service of the judgement on the secretary to the Honourable the Attorney-General of Benue State for the AG and the Governor of Benue State, as well as the Commissioner of Police, Benue State. Attached herewith are proofs of the service.

We deeply appreciate the efforts of the Benue State Government in combating crime and would always be available to give our assistance to this noble cause. No society will strive with crime. And we wholeheartedly denounce it.
Be that as it may, we wish to humbly inform the public that with the subsisting decision of the Benue State High Court, THERE'S NO BAN ON THE USE OF MOTORCYCLES IN KATSINA-ALA AND UKUM LOCAL GOVERNMENT AREAS any more.
We are deeply appreciative of all who have made us come thus far on this journey, especially our professional colleagues. No doubt, we equally commend the Benue State Judiciary for always upholding evenly the scales of Justice for all, without fear or favour, affection or ill-will.
We humbly urge all to be peaceful and law-abiding and help security operatives towards fighting crime and criminality.
