Rev. Fr. David Tanko from the Catholic Diocese of Jalingo, was killed and burnt on his way to Takum for a peace meeting on the lingering crisis between Tiv and Jukun.
He was ordained in 2008 and spent most of his life in Kano before coming back to his diocese, Jalingo.
RIP Fr Tanko!
